- Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer syndrome:
- Triple Negative Breast Cancer
- A previously identified BRCA mutation
- Lynch syndrome:
- MSI High histology before age 60:
- Mucinous
- Signet ring
- Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes
- Crohn's-like lymphocytic reaction histology
- Medullary growth pattern
- A previously identified Lynch syndrome mutation
The above information is based on the family history provided by the patient, you may need to ask additional questions in order to get all the information needed to make an assessment.
